Welcome to “Fishing.Camera” (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these terms. The App is operated by Lesign LLC (“we”, “us”); contact: support@fishing.camera.
1. The Service
The App provides catch photography with AI species identification, daily catch logging, a species collection, and account-based synchronization. Sign-in is required. Catch records and image variants are stored on your device and synchronized to your account’s private cloud area. You can try recognition 3 times for free; after that, an active subscription is required for new identifications.
2. Free Trial and Subscription
- Each device may try species identification 3 times for free. The trial quota is counted per device and protected against abuse via Apple DeviceCheck.
- The subscription is an auto-renewable subscription billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in iOS “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions”.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; we cannot process refunds directly.
- After your subscription expires, new species identifications are restricted until you resubscribe. Existing catches remain available locally and through account synchronization.
3. AI Identification Disclaimer
Species identification is performed by an AI model and is provided for reference only; it may be wrong. Do not rely on identification results to judge whether a fish is edible, safe, or a protected species; you bear any loss arising from doing so. Follow local fishing regulations and release protected species.
4. Your Content
Photos you take belong to you. You authorize us to store and transmit catch records and image variants as needed to provide synchronization and account recovery. When you request an identification, you also authorize processing of the submitted image solely to complete that recognition. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for advertising.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, not to use the App for illegal activities, and not to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service (including circumventing the trial quota). We may suspend or terminate service for violations.
6. Changes and Termination of Service
We may update, adjust, or discontinue features. If the service is terminated entirely, we will announce it in the App in advance and provide reasonable information about retaining local copies where practicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”; we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service interruptions; our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid in the past 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people’s court at our place of domicile.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and publish changes on this page. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
